Was a Product Specialist, part of a team, that delivered a major customer loyalty transformation across mobile and web platforms using SAFe Agile, improving delivery flow, cross-team coordination, and product release reliability.

Supported the setup of a new Life Insurance business unit, implementing governance frameworks, delivery disciplines, and operational controls aligned to regulatory requirements.

Sabbatical – Personal Recovery & Reset

Following the successful completion of the Data Centre Relocation Programme, I took a short sabbatical to rest, recover and reset before moving into my next role. This allowed me to return with renewed focus and energy after delivering one of the largest infrastructure programmes in the bank’s history.

Designed and launched a Lean PMO to improve governance, data quality, and delivery performance. Introduced simplified reporting and risk registers, delivering compliance and integration projects on time and budget.

Led trader and back-office technology initiatives, working with the Central Bank on SAMOS payments compliance. Delivered multiple compliance projects within the Corporate Investment Banking environment, ensuring operational integrity and financial risk control.
