Microsoft CRM Implementation

Microsoft Dynamics CRM was deployed across two major clusters within Nedbank — Corporate and Investment Banking. I served as the Project Manager for the Investment Bank, responsible for delivering the solution end-to-end.

Working with Microsoft and a third-party implementation partner, I coordinated the full requirements-gathering process, ensuring alignment across business stakeholders, technical teams, and compliance functions. The programme included the integration of SharePoint libraries, the CRM pipeline, and underlying workflow components to support sales, relationship management, and operational processes.

I managed the design of the production, testing, Disaster Recovery and failover environments, including procurement of hardware, licensing, and infrastructure setup. Once implemented, I oversaw user training within the Investment Bank, ensuring smooth adoption and a clear understanding of the new processes and system functionality.

This implementation created a unified CRM capability across the business, improved pipeline visibility, and enabled better collaboration and document management through seamless SharePoint integration.
