MDP (Managed Development Programme) was a new solution deployed into the Investment Bank business unit to manage Talent. It allowed for the creation of electronic balance scorecards and development plans that were expanded on year on year.
The automation of the process between manager and team member created a cohesive way of working, while also creating auto-generated reports that could be made available to the Board regarding BEE/DEI, training, skills and all relevant information required for necessary decision making.
