Wellness Benefits

One of our major corporate clients launched a Wellness initiative to offer employees access to health services such as Biokineticists and Dieticians at no cost. I was responsible for managing the development of a digital solution that allowed employees to request appointments through a user-friendly frontend, while simultaneously enabling approved service providers to process the consultations and submit claims.

The project required coordinating requirements between the client, internal development teams, and external wellness providers. I oversaw the design of both the member-facing interface and the provider portal, ensuring clarity around workflows, eligibility rules, authentication, and benefit limits.

As the programme expanded to include additional wellness services, I managed the ongoing enhancement roadmap, prioritising changes, refining requirements, and guiding the development team to deliver iterative improvements. The solution improved employee access to wellness benefits, streamlined provider claims, and reduced manual administration for the client.
